e.l.f. Cosmetics
PACKAGE 1: One-Off Project
Project Overview
At e.l.f. Cosmetics, amidst plenty of glamorous photoshoots and an extensive asset collection, I was enlisted to spruce up their entire Product Display Page (PDP) library, complete with shots from photoshoots in 2022 and 2023.
Services Provided
+ Established an organizational system that allowed the e.l.f. Cosmetics team to be able to organize their photoshoot assets
+ Broke out the assets from the photoshoot in the example above based on their product families and file type, with the video files being broken out by length.
Social Media Manager
PACKAGE 2: In-Depth Library Organization
Project Overview
This client, an freelance Social Media Manager, wanted her Google Drive library to be organized in a way that made it easy for her to separate the different facets of her freelance career. She also wanted her library to be cohesive and aesthetically pleasing, so that it didn't feel like a chore to look through her library.
Services Provided
+ Established a home page structure for this client's drive which allowed her to see all the aspects of her work at once. This included general folders that she accessed on the day-to-day.
+ Within each of the main folders, we crafted subfolders that delved into finer categories, creating a nesting doll of organization. In the example shown above, we made sure that her "Creative Portfolio" folder had all of the different types of creatives she's worked on for previous clients. We also color coded them.
TikTok Influencer
PACKAGE 2: In-Depth Library Organization
Project Overview
A TikTok Influencer with 200k+ followers onboarded us to organize their TikTok drive folder so that they can better see all of their videos — raw, posted, and archived.
Services Provided
+ Implemented a numerical system in the client's drive to ensure that help visualize the process of their content; from ideation to archival.
+ Organized video files based on year, then broken out by quarter and month. This helped the client easily track down their TikTok video files based on when they were posted.
